ARE YOU TAKING COVID PRECAUTIONS?
All our staff are currently working under safety guidelines to combat Covid-19 for the safety of themselves and our customers. We ensure all items are packaged in a safe and correct manner to protect you and ourselves.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days.
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders from our USA based factory. Once shipped, delivery will happen within the following timeframe:
- USA - Within 2-5 business days
- Canada - Within 4-7 business days
- Western Europe - Within 5-12 business days
- Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days

Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days
These times are typical, meaning sometimes local carrier issues may delay your items arrival.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs we offer to pay up to 50% of the charge. Please contact our support team (contact@talia-rae.com) and attach a photo of your receipt so we can process your payment.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We start production on all orders as soon as possible. we allow a grace period for cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed please contact support at contact@talia-rae.com with any such enquiry.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
We pride ourselves on our customer service but we know sometimes things don't always go to plan. Please contact our support team at contact@talia-rae.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
