To provide you with the utmost confidence in your purchase, we offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty is designed to address specific concerns and maintain the excellence of your Talia-Rae jewellery. 1. 3-Year Warranty Period Talia-Rae is dedicated to providing you with jewellery of exceptional quality, free from defects in both craftsmanship and materials. To demonstrate our commitment, we offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty is a testament to our dedication to your satisfaction.


2. Replacement Policy In the event that your Talia-Rae jewellery exhibits defects within the warranty period, please be aware that we do not offer jewellery repair services. Instead, we will replace the item, subject to availability, or provide an item of equal or lesser value. Our objective is to ensure your continued delight with our jewellery. Please note replacement items such as chains may have slight variations such as clasp style.


3. Limitations of Warranty Our warranty does not extend to cover lost jewellery, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, the warranty does not cover the following:

  •  Tarnishing of silver. (Tarnish prevention/care page )
  •  Scratching of the disc, enamel, chain, and attachments.
  •  Damage resulting from misuse or accidental handling.
  •  Exposure to lotions and creams.
  •  Lost and misplaced products.
  •  Changes in engraved information after the engraved product is approved.
  •  Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).


4. Tarnish and Cleaning It's important to note that our jewellery may naturally tarnish over time due to environmental factors. However, this is considered normal and can be easily addressed with proper care. We recommend referring to our 'Silver Care' page for comprehensive cleaning instructions.


5. Shipping Costs During the warranty period, please be advised that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item to our warehouse and or the shipment of replacement items to your address outside of 14 day grace period.
