Shipping Information

Once your order has been processed (usually within 1 business day), we offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before 12:30 pm, or 2:30 pm for orders shipped via FedEx. Please note that all delivery times listed below are estimated and provided by our courier partners. These are not guaranteed delivery times. Talia-Rae Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services beyond our control.

International Orders: Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the UK. Please check with your local customs authority regarding any applicable fees. Talia-Rae Ltd cannot take responsibility for any additional customs or import charges.

Express Delivery Information: Our express delivery service requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the property, delivery will be re-attempted the next working day. If delivery fails on the second attempt, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout. Express deliveries without a phone number may be delayed if the courier is unable to make contact.

We use trusted courier services including UPS, Parcelforce, FedEx, USPS, and Royal Mail. All orders are fully tracked. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Please note that our team works weekends and bank holidays to pack orders. Once an order has been packed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Express orders placed after 1:30 pm cannot be guaranteed for same-day dispatch.
