Shipping Information

Once your order has processed (usually within 1 business day), same day shipping guaranteed for items order before 12:30 pm. 2:30 for orders via FedEx. Please be aware these are expected delivery times as advised by the operating couriers not guarantees, TR Jewellery LTD does not take responsibility for the timings of 3rd party services beyond our control. 

• United kingdom Express: 1-2 Business Days 

• Other International regions: 5-8 Business Days (customs charges may apply to orders outside of the UK please check with your customs authority in regards to any charges for orders sent from the UK. (Talia-Rae LTD can take no responsibility for any additional charges.)

Express delivery information - Our express delivery courier requires a signature and as such if no one is available at the  property delivery will be re-attempted the next day. Should there be no one available at the second attempt the item will be returned to our warehouse.  Please note express deliveries where no phone number is left will lead to delays if no one is available at the property at time of delivery. 

We use UPS, Parcel Force, FedEx and USPS/Royal Mail.
All orders are tracked. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it is available. Bank Holidays and weekends do not count as business days for shipping delivery estimates.

Our team work weekends and bank holidays packing orders as such once orders are packed they cannot be cancelled or amended. Times listed are expected times and are not guaranteed by TRJ LTD express orders placed after 1:30 pm cannot be guaranteed for same day shipping.
