Holiday Season FAQ



Last recommended shipping day - 2pm on the 20th  (this is not guaranteed)

Tracked 48 hour service, these items are shipped at 3pm each day  (It is best to ensure same day dispatch to order by 1:30 pm)  due to processing time by the courier these items are expected in between 2-4 business days depending on your regions processing time. Delays are likely during the holiday period, the severity of which will depend on your areas demand on the courier. As such any delayed items will be monitored and should we believe the item has been lost will be replaced express. We recommend if you require Christmas delivery ordering as soon as possible.

PSA - To speed up items in transit couriers are not scanning orders until they reach their local delivery depot this can lead to no scans of the item for up to 4 business days.

What do I do if my tracking link does not work? -  Please allow time for the courier to put your link live this can take over 48 hours as the item must reach the first courier depot and be scanned for you tracking link to work. Currently Royal mails tracking service is experiencing outages.

Do your items come with invoices? - No to ensure any item sent as gift directly to the recipient we do not include any invoices with our orders and all items are shipped in blank packaging.

What happens if my address is wrong? - Items that cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address will be returned to our facility. At which point you will be contacted to provide a new address,Talia-Rae LTD does not take responsibility for loss of items not returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your shipping address and contact information (More information is available in our terms and conditions). 

Can I change my delivery address - If your item has been packed we can no longer change your items address. Upon receiving your tracking link there is often an option to alter the delivery address if done early in the item transit. 

Do you offer gift wrapping? - All items come in a presentation box the type varies depending on your item. Images of these boxes are available on our SNS channel and in our reviews section. We also offer a gift bag which can be added to your order for the extra touch.

Can I change my order? - We pack items 7 days a week to ensure the fastest delivery times most orders during office hours are packed within 30 minutes. If your order has been packed we cannot make alterations but please reach out to our email ( and we will try our best to update your order if it has not yet be packed.


Do you Ship Internationally? - We ship to all countries allowed by royal mail and parcel force services, you may be eligible for customs charges on orders outside of the UK. We cannot guarantee delivery to military base locations. Further international shipping information here: Please note due to customs issues we cannot currently ship to the Republic of Ireland.
