Free UK standard delivery

Free on orders over £75. UK standard delivery is £3.95 for orders of £75 or less.

Dispatch

Order by 2:30pm UK time, Monday–Friday, for same-day dispatch with standard or express delivery, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched on the next working day. If your product specifies a longer preparation time, that time applies.

UK delivery

• Standard — £3.95: estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch; free on orders over £75.
• Express — £5.99: estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch, mainland UK only. A signature is required.
• Northern Ireland: allow an estimated 3–7 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

International delivery

We ship to the destinations available at checkout, including the Republic of Ireland. Available services, charges and destination-specific estimates are shown at checkout. Allow extra time for customs clearance and local delivery delays. Please provide a contact phone number for international deliveries.

Taxes and customs

Any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. For eligible EU and Ireland orders valued at €150 or less, import VAT is collected at checkout through IOSS at the applicable destination rate. Customs duties or carrier handling fees may still apply. Where taxes or duties are not collected at checkout, you may need to pay them to the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

Tracking and delivery problems

We send tracking details by email or SMS when available. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact contact@talia-rae.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail is incorrect. We may be unable to alter or intercept a parcel once packing or dispatch has begun. This does not remove any cancellation or return rights that apply to your purchase.
