Will it arrive in time?
Order by 2:30pm UK time on a working day for same-day dispatch with standard or express delivery, unless your product specifies a longer preparation time. UK standard delivery takes an estimated 2–3 working days; mainland UK express takes 1–2 working days and requires a signature. Every order is tracked. Free UK standard delivery applies to orders over £75.
Does it come ready to give?
Yes. Your jewellery arrives in a gift box with its message card, ready to give. Where offered on this page, you can upgrade to the Premium Wooden Box.
What if they don’t like it?
For eligible purchases, tell us within 30 days after delivery, then send the item back within the following 14 days. Non-personalised earrings are included. Personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns, but faulty-item rights still apply. Email contact@talia-rae.com with your order details. You pay change-of-mind return postage. What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship are covered for 3 years from purchase, including personalised jewellery. We provide a replacement for covered faults. Loss, accidental damage, scratches and natural tarnish are excluded. Email contact@talia-rae.com with your order details and a photo. Postage under this voluntary warranty after the first 14 days is normally paid by you; statutory faulty-item rights and our obligations to cover costs are unaffected.
